Risk awareness

We adhere to the highest safety standards in our bonsai tours. Our tours are preceded by extensive preparations, direct coordination with relevant authorities, and a fully prepared field team.

Equipment and Safety

Participants must wear the required appropriate equipment and clothing. We are not responsible for failure to comply with safety instructions issued by the trip leaders.

Fitness and Health

The trips require physical exertion; therefore, we must be notified of any pre-existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any individual whose health condition may affect the safety of the trip.

Preserving nature and harmony

Our aim is to protect the environment, and we require all participants to adhere to the principles of nature conservation. We also ask that participants pledge not to discuss sensitive topics such as politics or religious beliefs to ensure group harmony.

Media and Marketing

Bonsai Trips has the right to use photos and videos taken during the trip on its website after obtaining the consent of the participants.
